Poultry vaccination

TUTICORIN, FEB. 6 . The Department of Animal Husbandry is organising a massive vaccination programme in the district till February 14 to eradicate the disease raniket affecting poultry.

According to an official statement, the ailment is spread by a dangerous virus. In an attempt to tackle situation, the department, in co-ordination with the district administration, has made elaborate arrangements to vaccinate the poultry, covering all villages.

The vaccination would be done free of cost.
