LAHORE: Nandita Das has reportedly firmed up potential projects with actor-director Samina Peerzada and director Mehreen Jabbar that could see art and social-related collaborations between India and Pakistan reaching a new high. Now in this Pakistani city, the Fire actress was quoted as saying that collaborations between the two countries had the potential to foster better people-to-people contact. Talking about the condition of women, she said while Indian women were more liberated than their Pakistani counterparts, the impression that women here were all burqa-clad was wrong. She plans to return to Pakistan to participate in theatre workshops.
