Indian Link to dispose Bhandup chain division

CHENNAI: Indian Link Chain Manufacturers has informed the BSE that the resolution for the disposal of the whole of the chain division assets at Bhandup has been approved by the shareholders by postal ballots, with requisite majority. A report made by the scrutinisers was approved by the directors at their meeting held on February 2.
