Rain likely in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI, FEB. 7. Isolated rainfall occurred over coastal Andhra Pradesh. Mainly dry weather prevailed over Telangana and dry weather prevailed over Tamil Nadu, Rayalaseema, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.

The minimum temperature fell markedly at a few places over Telangana, at one or two places over Rayalaseema, fell appreciably at one or two places over rest Telangana, south coastal Andhra Pradesh, south interior Karnataka, fell at one or two places over north interior Karnataka, rose markedly at one or two places over Rayalaseema, rose appreciably at one or two places over interior Tamil Nadu, south interior Karnataka, rose at one or two places over south coastal Andhra Pradesh, rest Rayalaseema, rest Tamil Nadu and changed a little elsewhere over the region.

They were markedly below normal at a few places over Telangana, at one or two places over Rayalaseema, below normal at one or two places over Rayalaseema, coastal and south interior Karnataka, markedly above normal at one or two places over rest Rayalaseema, south interior Karnataka. FORECAST (valid until Monday morning): Isolated rain is likely to occur over Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, south coastal Andhra Pradesh and Rayalaseema. Mainly dry weather will prevail over north coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
