Aa separate board be constituted for Sabarimala Devaswam,

Forest areas be allotted for the sake of pilgrims without damaging the forest and wild life,

Proper space be provided for pilgrims in consultation with the voluntary organisations for better the facilities of devotees.

The memorandum said the Centre had sanctioned crores of rupees for the cleaning of the Pampa river and checking pollution, in a scheme, the Pampa Action Plan, but due to the negligence of the Kerala Government the funds have not been utilised.
