WARANGAL, FEB. 10. Naxalites of the People's War blasted a flagpost belonging to the ruling Telugu Desam Party at Kamalapur in Mangapet mandal in the wee hours of Tuesday. According to the police, the flag post was erected to celebrate the ongoing party programme `Jenda Panduga.' The TNTUC office building of AP Rayons was also partially damaged in the blast. According to a report from Nalgonda, naxalites destroyed the TDP flag post last night at Medaram village in Pedda Adisarlapally mandal. Three naxalites, carrying weapons, descended on the village and asked all TDP leaders in the village to come to the newly-built flag post. After issuing a stern warning to the leaders, naxalites destroyed the post.
