Nicholas to set up subsidiary in U.S.

MUMBAI, FEB. 11. Nicholas Piramal India is to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in the U.S. to tap the market and facilitate partnerships. The Mumbai-based pharma major was establishing the subsidiary in the U.S., primarily to facilitate custom manufacturing arrangements and strategic partnerships in that market, the company informed the BSE.
