NFL second phase from February 21

KOLKATA, FEB. 11. The second phase of the VIII National Football League will get underway on February 21 with Vasco SC (Goa) and one of the promotees this season, Haywards Sporting Clube de Goa, re-starting the premier club contest at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium at Margao.

The first half — 11 rounds — of action being completed with Dempo SC of Goa leading the field with 22 points, the All India Football Federation released a part of the fixtures showing matches till the 16th round. The fixtures for the remaining six rounds would be announced later.

The fixtures:

Round 12: Feb. 21: Sporting Clube de Goa vs Vasco (Margao), Tollygunge Agragami vs Churchill Brothers (Kolkata), JCT Mills vs Indian Bank (Ludhiana); Feb. 22: Mohun Bagan vs Mohammedan Sporting (Kolkata); Feb. 26: Dempo vs Mahindra United (Margao); Feb. 29: East Bengal vs Salgaocar (Kolkata).

Round 13: Feb. 25: Mohammedan Sporting vs Indian Bank (Kolkata); Feb. 26: JCT Mills vs Churchill Brothers (Ludhiana); Feb. 29: Dempo vs Vasco (Margao); March 3: Tollygunge Agragami vs Sporting Clube (Kolkata); March 4: Mohun Bagan vs Salgaocar (Kolkata); March 5: East Bengal vs Mahindra United (Kolkata).

Round 14: March 1: Churchill Brothers vs Indian Bank (Margao); March 7: JCT Mills vs Sporting Clube (Ludhiana); March 8: Mohammedan Sporting vs Salgaocar (Kolkata); March 9: Mohun Bagan vs Mahindra United (Kolkata); March 10: Tollygunge Agragami vs Dempo (Kolkata); March 11: East Bengal vs Vasco (Kolkata).

Round 15: March 12: Mohun Bagan vs Sporting Clube (Kolkata), Churchill Brothers vs Salgaocar (Margao); March 13: Mohammedan Sporting vs Tollygunge Agragami (Kolkata), Mahindra United vs Indian Bank (Mumbai); March 14: East Bengal vs Dempo (Kolkata); March 15: Vasco vs JCT Mills (Margao).

Round 16: March 16: Mohun Bagan vs Tollygunge Agragami (Kolkata), Sporting Clube vs Churchill Brothers (Margao); March 17: Mohammedan Sporting vs Mahindra United (Kolkata); March 18: Indian Bank vs Dempo (Chennai); March 19: East Bengal vs JCT Mills (Kolkata).
