CHENNAI, FEB. 11. The Shastri Nagar police arrested 10 Congress supporters late last night on charges of tearing a poster at Adyar. They were later released on bail. A statement from Royapuram R. Manohar, president of the party's North Chennai district unit, said the supporters tore the poster as it carried derogatory remarks against their leader, Sonia Gandhi. The partymen registered a complaint at the Shastri Nagar station, urging the policemen to take action against those who had put up the poster.
