TIRUPATI, FEB. 12. All arrangements have been made for the conduct of the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) State executive meeting to be held here on Friday. A district-level public meeting will also be held in the evening. Party flags and festoons are seen fluttering all over the temple town. The executive meeting will be chaired by the State president, N. Indrasena Reddy while the national president, M. Venkaiah Naidu, will take part in the meeting as chief guest. The national general secretary, Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, the secretary, L. Ganesan (in-charge of AP affairs), the former president, Bangaru Laxman and the Mahila Morcha leader, Vijayashanti, the Union Ministers from the State, Bandaru Dattatreya, Ch. Vidyasagar Rao and U.V. Krishnam Raju, will attend the meeting, according to party sources. Presidents and secretaries of various district units and its affiliated bodies are among the invitees. As per the itinerary, a meeting of the State unit office-bearers will begin at Hotel Bliss at 9.30 a.m., followed by the general body meeting at 10.30 a.m. Mr. Venkaiah Naidu will later address the State unit. A public meeting at the Nehru municipal high school grounds will begin at 4 p.m. in which party functionaries and activists from the districts of Chittoor, Nellore, Cuddapah, Anantapur and Kurnool are expected to participate. The general secretary of the State unit, G. Kishen Reddy, on Thursday, visited the venue and made a final review of arrangements being made for the mega event.
