HYDERABAD, FEB. 12. Train passengers rejoice! No more would travellers need to be content with unappetising idlis and curd rice, as a whole platter is being planned for them. Plans are being finalised by the South Central Railway (SCR) authorities to set up a multi-cuisine restaurant at Secunderabad station. The SCR General Manager, T. Stanley Babu, said the multi-cuisine restaurant would be set up and run by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) while a final shape is being given to plans for setting up an Internet browsing centre at the station. A passenger information service would also be in place shortly. The Union Minister for Urban Development, Bandaru Dattatreya, said a food plaza is also being planned at Nampally station.
