CUDDAPAH, FEB. 13. The son and grandson of the former APCO Chairman and Congress leader Bandi Hanumanthu died and two of his family members slipped into coma following a road accident near Vemula in Cuddapah district on Friday night. Mr. Hanumanthu's youngest son Bandi Radhakrishna, 30, and one-year old grandson, Bandi Somakrishna, and the Tata Sumo driver, Praveen Kumar, died when the vehicle collided with an RTC bus. Mr. Hanmanthu's daughter-in-law and brother-in-law Chandramouli sustained severe injuries and were said to have slipped into coma after being shifted to Pulivendula Government hospital. The police registered a case.
