The former MLA, Nara Ramamurthy Naidu, has said he is prepared to contest against his brother, the Chief Minister, N. Chandrababu Naidu, if the Congress high command fields him.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday evening, Mr. Ramamurthy Naidu charged the Chief Minister with ignoring the welfare of farmers and poorer sections and cited that as the reason for his quitting the TDP.
