Pantaloon calls off alliance with Arcus

MUMBAI, FEB. 14. Pantaloon Retail India Ltd has called off its strategic alliance with Arcus Ltd, the Gurgaon-based home building and improvement chain. The two parties have signed an addendum to memorandum of understanding to call off the agreement, Pantaloon informed the Bombay stock exchange here today.
