Murali may contest from Vadakkanchery

THRISSUR, FEB. 16. The Electricity Minister, K. Muraleedharan, has indicated that he may contest from the Wadakkanchery Assembly seat. The Minister told mediapersons here on Monday that the sitting MLA, V. Balaram, was ready to vacate the seat.

"The party high command and the Chief Minister, A. K. Antony, should take a decision in this regard. Rest assured that Thrissur would be represented by a Minister, after the bypoll,'' Mr. Muraleedharan said. "If people play games in some constituencies, there will be serious consequences.''
