KARIMNAGAR, FEB. 16. Telugu Desam Party district unit leaders have said that the party `janda panduga' (flag festival) has been successfully organised in the district and there was good response from the public. At a press meet here today, the TDP district president, Gandra Venkateshwara Rao, said the flag festival was successfully organised in all mandals and TDP leaders educated the people about developmental activities taken up during their regime. He said they had decided to mobilise about 2 lakh people from Karimnagar district for the TDP Vijayabheri, scheduled to be held in Hyderabad on February 22. Party Assembly in charges, former MLAs and others are holding meetings in their respective constituencies for the mobilisation of the public. The APSRTC zonal chairman, K. Vidyasagar Rao, the Telugu Mahila district president, R. Usha Rani, and others were present.
