Rs. 6 cr. recovered during IT raids in Belgaum

BELGAUM, FEB. 17. The Department of Income Tax has recovered an unaccounted sum of Rs. 6 crore from some persons associated with an educational institution in the district.

Two years ago, a team of officials from the department had conducted simultaneous raids on the offices and residences of some persons here and unearthed unaccounted wealth running into crores of rupees.
