Cognizant Q4 revenue up

CHENNAI: Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation, a provider of information technology services, has reported that its revenue has increased to $108.2 million in the fourth quarter ended December 2003, up 10 per cent from $98.1 million in the third quarter of 2003, and up 61 per cent from $67 million in the fourth quarter of 2002. Net income for the fourth quarter increased to $17.7 million from $16 million. Revenue for the full year 2003 was $368.2 million as compared to $229.1 million in 2002. Net income increased to $57.4 million, or $0.84 per diluted share on a split-adjusted basis.
