PONDICHERRY, FEB. 17. K. Narsimha, an Indian Administrative Service officer (AGMU cadre) of the 1991 batch, who reported to the Pondicherry administration on February 9 as per an order of the Home Ministry, has been appointed Secretary to Cooperation, Stationery and Printing and Science, Technology and Environment departments here in place of Chetan B. Sanghvi.
