NTR-TDP vows to defeat TDP-BJP combine

HYDERABAD, FEB. 17. The State Executive meeting of NTR-TDP, presided by Lakshmi Parvathi, its president, has resolved to work for the defeat of TDP-BJP combine in the coming elections by joining hands with the Opposition.

Taking stock of the political situation, the executive authorised Ms. Lakshmi Parvathi to take an appropriate decision on the question of forging alliances with other parties.

It was also decided to form an election committee.

The meeting also decided to revitalise the district units of the party at the earliest to face the electoral battle.
