No special exam at engineering colleges

KOCHI, FEB. 18. The Kerala Self-Financing Engineering College Managements' Association has decided against conducting the special entrance examination this year for admission to the 50 per cent management seats in these colleges.

The association has decided to admit students in this category by preparing a new rank-list considering the position of the students in the all-India or Kerala Government's entrance test rank-list and the marks obtained at the Plus Two level in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, said the press release.
