BANGALORE, FEB. 18 . The Commissioner of Police, S. Mariswamy, has proposed to introduce restrictions on vehicle movement to ease traffic congestion at N.R. Square. These restrictions will be implemented from Saturday. O.T.C. Road has been made one-way from Badami House side. Right turn has been banned at N.R. Circle towards Mission Road. Vehicles going to Mission Road and Hudson Circle from S.J.P. Road have to take Pailwan Krishnappa Road and O.T.C. Road and take a right turn at Badami House junction to go to Mission Road. Similarly vehicles going to S.P. Road and Nagarath Pet Road from Hudson Circle have to go to Town Hall Circle, enter N.R. Road, and turn right in front of the Kamath Hotel go to Pailwan Krishnappa Road. Parking of vehicles will be allowed on Pailwan Krishnappa Road. For vehicles coming from Hudson Circle, parking facility has been provided at cross roads on Krishnappa road.
