NEYSHABOUR, FEB. 19. The Iranian President, Mohammad Khatami, today ordered an investigation into how railway wagons loaded with highly explosive cargoes managed to run away and explode, as the toll in Wednesday's disaster rose to 295. Describing the tragedy as ``sad and unacceptable,'' the President ordered ``full light to be shed on the causes of the accident," the official IRNA news agency said.
