NEW DELHI, FEB. 19. Seventynine wardens of the Tihar Jail were today transferred, two days after the escape of Sher Singh Rana, prime accused in the murder of bandit-turned-politician Phoolan Devi from the high-security prison. Those shifted included the wardens of the jail where Rana was lodged and from where he was escorted out by a team of persons posing as policemen on Tuesday morning, jail sources said.
