SRIKAKULAM, FEB. 21. The PCC general secretary, Dharmana Prasada Rao, today flagged off the town Congress' campaign for the ensuing elections. The objective is to keep up the tempo till the poll date by taking up a door-to-door campaign. A special vehicle has also been put aside for the campaign. The town Congress president, Simma Rajasekhar, and the former Municipal Chairman, D. Bhavani Shankar, also participated. Gearing up for the polls, the Congress also arranged a farmers meeting at Budithi tomorrow to be addressed by the Andhra Pradesh Congress Kisan Cell chairman, Kanumuri Bapiraju. He will also address a party meeting at Srikakulam.
