KOCHI, FEB. 21. `Phalgunam,' the exhibition of paintings, sculptures and applied art of the students of the Government RLV College of Music and Fine Arts, will be held from Monday at the college campus in Thripunithura. The Fisheries and Excise Minister, K.V. Thomas, will inaugurate the programmes. Announcing the programmes at a news conference here on Saturday, the exhibition committee chairman, Thomas Thennad, said the cartoonist, Yesudasan, would be the chief guest for the meeting and the principal, Vanaja Sankar, K.Babu, MLA, and the municipal chairman, K.K.Mohanan, would participate. Talks by Chandran T. Payyannur and Kavitha Balakrishnan will also be held as part of the exhibition which will continue till February 27. A concert by the principal, Ms. Sankar, and violin solo and mandolin concerts by the students would also be conducted.
