Railway staff stage dharna

VIJAYAWADA, FEB. 21. Members of the South Central Railway Employees' Sangh on Friday took out a rally, which culminated into a dharna.

Later, they also organised a gate meeting during lunch hour in protest against what they called the anti-worker policies of the Government.

Addressing the demonstrators, the Sangh's divisional secretary, M. Bhaskara Rao, urged the Government to do away with its policies, including privatisation, corporatisation, outsourcing and contract system.
