`Murali will win'

THRISSUR, FEB. 21. The UDF convener, Oommen Chandy, has claimed that the Electricity Minister, K. Muraleedharan, will win in the by-poll to be conducted at Wadakkanchery. Mr. Chandy told reporters here at Kunnamkulam that the UDF will win the Lok Sabha polls too.
