GULBARGA, FEB. 21. The newly appointed Working President of the Janata Dal (S), B.R. Patil, was today accorded a rousing welcome by party workers and his admirers during his maiden visit to the city after assuming charge. Party workers burst crackers while receiving him at the Gulbarga Railway Station and took him in a procession to his residence and later to the Veerashaiva Kalyana Mantap where he was felicitated.
