BELLARY, FEB. 21. Members of various trade unions here will go on a strike on Tuesday in protest against the Supreme Court's ruling on strike. A procession from Mothi Circle to the Deputy Commissioner's office will be taken out. A memorandum will be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner, according to the trade union leaders, A.R.M. Ismail, T.G. Vittal, and C. Raghunath. They told presspersons here today that the International Labour Organisation (ILO) had accepted that employees should have civil and political rights for the exercise of freedom of association. The Centre was silent on the demand by employees to approach the apex court to review its verdict on strike, they alleged.
