Man fatally knocked down

CHENNAI, FEB. 21. An 85-year-old man died today when he was knocked down by a motorcyclist on GST Road, Chromepet.

The police said Gopalakrishna Rao was crossing the road to reach the Chromepet railway station when the motorcyclist hit him. He was declared dead on arrival at the Chromepet Government Hospital.
