`Meter mela' held at Jalahalli

BANGALORE, FEB. 21. The "Meter melas" of Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board are gaining popularity. On Saturday, 121 residents of Sharadambanagar, Jalahalli, and Bahubali Nagar participated in the mela at Jalahalli and received on-the-spot sanctions and water meters.

Water adalat: A BWSSB `water adalat' to settle disputes and pending applications for water connection will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. in the office of the Assistant Executive Engineer, South-4 sub-division at M.N. Krishna Rao Park. Consumers coming under MNK Park, Chamarajpet and Mount Joy service stations can attend. The phone numbers to contact are 2945143/2945155.
