PATNA, FEB. 22. Four minor grand-daughters of the Bihar Revenue Minister, Ramai Ram, have been reported missing with cash and ornaments worth several lakhs. A case of suspected kidnapping has been lodged, police said today. The girls' father, Vijay Kumar, lodged a complaint with the Sachivalaya police station late last night, after he failed to locate them, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sachivalaya Arshad Zam, told PTI. According to a report, the four minor daughters of Mr. Vijay Kumar and the Minister's daughter, Geeta Devi, MLC, had gone shopping in the Boring road area. A boy, known to one of the girls, had accompanied them. They went inside a market complex and asked the driver to wait outside. When they failed to return, the driver went inside the market complex and after failing to locate them, informed the family members. The boy, a native of Biharsharif, was the classmate of one of the girls studying in a school at Mussourie. The parents had earlier complained to the school authorities about the boy. Police were searching for the missing girls.
