Kozhikode Medical College tops fete

KOZHIKODE, FEB. 22 . The hosts, Kozhikode Medical College, emerged champions with 374 points at the 22nd Kerala State Intermedicos Fest, `Synapz '04', which concluded here today.

Thrissur Medical College emerged second with 312 points. Alappuzha Medical College finished third with 137 points.

The `Kalathilakam' title was shared by three students: Rajima Mohan and Anu Francis of the Thrissur Medical College and Binith V.Sasidharan of the Kottayam Medical College. The `Kalaprathibha' title was also shared by K.P. Sunilkumar of Alappuzha Medical College and G.K. Srihari of Kozhikode Medical College.

The valedictory function of the Fest was attended by the Tourism Minister, P. Sankaran, the INS president, Veerendrakumar, the cine actor, Prithviraj and the actress, Navya Nair.
