BIJAPUR, FEB. 22. A man allegedly set his wife ablaze at Managuli in Basavanabagewadi taluk on Saturday. The police gave the name of the victim as Kashibai Basavaraj Badiger (26). Her husband, Basavaraj Badiger, and his mother, Sundarabai, had been arrested in connection with the incident, the police said.
