Clear sky forecast

The city recorded a maximum temperature of 32.2 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 17.1 degrees Celsius on Sunday.

The relative humidity was 21 per cent.

At the airport, the maximum temperature was 31.2 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature was 15.1 degrees Celsius.

The relative humidity was 17 per cent.

The forecast for Monday is: the sky will be clear and the minimum temperature will be about 16 degrees Celsius.

Skill development

The Karnataka Parents Association for Mentally Retarded Citizens will organise a five-day "Management skill development programme" from February 25.

The programme is for the non-government organisations in South India.

Representatives of non-government organisations will be helped to familiarise with management skills, including disability laws, financial management, organisational dynamic technology in administration, personnel management, networking and other issues.

Health camp

The P.D. Hinduja Sindhi Hospital will hold a free health check-up camp for employees and dependants of the Employees Provident Fund organisation from February 28 to March 6.

The hospital will conduct free blood sugar investigation, ECG and dental consultation.

The camp will be held on the hospital premises between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Free classes

The Ragigudda Sri Prasanna Anjaneya Swamy Charitable Trust will organise free coaching classes for 2nd and 4th semester Engineering students from March 7.

The classes will be conducted on the Ragigudda school premises.

Music contest

The Garden City Cultural Academy will organise a State-level Music and Rangoli competition as part of Kuvempu birth centenary celebrations on February 28.
