THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, FEB. 23. The Kerala Governor and former Union Minister, Sikander Bakht, passed away at the Medical College Hospital today. He was 85. Mr. Bakht was admitted to the hospital on February 19 after he had complained of abdominal pain and underwent emergency surgery . Though he had shown signs of improvement, his condition worsened on Sunday following a viral infection. Mr. Bakht breathed his last around 9.30 p.m today.
