Outsourcing anger

Sir, — The resentment against the outsourcing of jobs by American companies can be understood by this joke popular in the U.S. "I want to shift to the snow-moving business from software development," said a California professional. `Why,' asked his friend. "Because it is the only business which cannot be outsourced to India."
