Fast and furious

Sir, — Anil Nauriya's article, `Fast and furious' (Feb. 22), succinctly brought out the sad state of affairs in implementing the Code of Criminal Procedure. What is required is speed in disposal of cases and severe indictment of those who file false cases or false complaints. The law-enforcing officers should also be made equally liable for action.
