1:1 bonus from FDC

MUMBAI: FDC has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board, at it meeting held on Tuesday, has recommended the issue bonus shares in the ratio of one share for every equity share held. It has also decided to increase authorised share capital to Rs. 25 crores from Rs. 15 crores and appoint Nandan M. Chandavarkar, wholetime Director of the company as a Joint Managing Director.
