Pistol seized at airport

NEW DELHI, FEB. 24. An Indian Green Card holder has been arrested at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here for alleged possession of a pistol magazine and eight used bullets, police said today.

Raminder Singh (50), was nabbed when he was proceeding to board a China Airlines flight for the US last night after the X-ray machine detected some metallic object in his baggage, they said.

A magazine of a .32 bore pistol magazine and eight fired empty cartridges were recovered from the baggage, police said.
