Court stays arrest
MUMBAI,
FEB. 25.
The Bombay High Court has restrained the Pune police from going ahead with the investigations into a case registered against the Oxford Printing Press and its India representative for allegedly disrupting communal harmony by publishing "distorted" information in a book on the Maratha king, Chhatrapati Shivaji.
Admitting a petition filed by the Oxford Printing Press, the court also restrained the police from arresting its Managing Director in India, Manzar Khan, until the matter was disposed of.
