Reliance launches first three retail outlets

JAMNAGAR, FEB. 25. Reliance Industries today launched its first three state-of-the-art retail outlets for diesel and petrol at the Jamnagar Petrochemicals complex at Hazira and Dhirubhai Ambani Knowledge City (DAKC), Navi Mumbai.

The President of Reliance's Jamnagar Complex, P. K. Kapil, said the outlet was fully owned and would give guaranteed quality and quantity as well as friendly and courteous services.

The Gujarat State chief of Reliance, Parimal Nathwani, said the retail outlet, known as `Fill and Fly' model was broadly designed to cater to the city dwellers.

Reliance had a separate retail outlet model for highways — Truck Stop model — he said, adding three more outlets in the district — Jambuda, Moti Khavdi and Mithapur — would become operative in near future. Reliance has the approval from the Government for 5,849 retail outlets.
