JV for medical waste management

HYDERABD: Ramky Enviro Engineers and SembCorp Environmental Management have signed an agreement here on Wednesday for setting up a joint venture project in medical waste management business. According to a release SembCorp Enviro proposes to acquire 51 per cent stake in Ramky's wholly owned subsidiary, Medicare Incin. It said the joint venture company, SembEnviro Ramky, would enable both parties to leverage each other's core competencies, and provide value added services to India's growing medical and health care services.
