KOTTAYAM, FEB. 25. The Kerala Congress (Secular) leader, P.C. George, has alleged that the State and Central Governments were misusing their funds at Moovattupuzha Parliament constituency. Speaking to media persons here today, Mr. George said the drought relief funds were being misused in Moovattupuzha constituency by the State Government while the Central Government has taken up developmental works worth more than Rs.10 crores. According to him, the pumping in of the funds was part of the effort to appease the electorate with an eye on the ensuing elections. To another question, Mr. George said that his party was yet to decide on whether to vote for the KC (Joseph) candidate, Francis George, who is the LDF candidate in Idukki.
