North East expo

NEW DELHI, FEB. 26. The "North East Trade Expo-2004" (NEXPO-2004), featuring a variety of exclusive products and services of the region, will be organised at Pragati Maidan here from March 18 to 21. It will be jointly organised by the Department of Development in the North Eastern Region and the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO). The event has been planed in accordance with policy of the Government to accelerate efforts for speedy socio-economic development in the north-eastern region.
