By Our Special Correspondent

BANGALORE, FEB. 27. N.R. Narayana Murthy, Infosys Technologies chief, said here on Friday that a public interest litigation (PIL) in the Supreme Court challenging the reduction of fees at the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) was filed by "three individuals and not by the Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad.

"In fact, the IIM-A Board is yet to meet on the fee reduction issue; the Board will meet on April 3 to discuss, debate, and review the situation, and take appropriate action.''

Mr. Narayana Murthy heads the governing Board of IIM-A.
