HYDERABAD, FEB. 28. William J. Rutter, a well known scientist and accomplished businessman of the U.S. holding more than 20 patents and patent applications, announced intention to set up a high end rapid diagnostic centre in Bangalore under the name of `Hemogenomics', which will be a marketing, selling and research company.

Addressing a press conference on the sidelines of the BioAsia 2004 conference here on Saturday, he said Hemogenomics would be affiliated to Relia Group of the U.S., and Silged (Relia Group company) of China. The project consists of an immunological diagnostic system which makes quantitative analysis in a few minutes.
