Health staff plan relay fast on Monday

PONDICHERRY, FEB. 28. A batch of members of the part time employees association of the Pondicherry Health Department will stage a relay fast here on March 1.

The president of the association, P. Ganesan, said in a release today that the agitation was to press the demand that the part time staff be confirmed as Sanitary Health employees and promotion of the sanitary health workers as ward attendants.
