AI, IA privatisation

Sir, — This refers to the article, `Privatisation of AI and IA' (Feb. 29). The Government should think of revitalising the operations of the two airlines instead of considering privatisation. It is surprising how the national carriers of several other countries are making profits while Air India and Indian Airlines are incurring losses.
